Jean Paul Gaultier known for incorporating avant-garde and edgy designs onto garments such as longsleeves, meshes, and denim. Born in Paris in 1952, Gaultier was introduced to fashion by his grandmother, dropped his first collection in 1976, and made $50 million in sales by 1985.
