Rick Owen’s Fall Winter 2023 collection was named Luxor after Rick’s winter retreat in Egypt “if Venice Italy has been my summer retreat then Luxor, Egypt, has become my winter retreat”. He uses inspiration from Egypt’s ceremonies and architecture to create architectural shapes in his clothing, sharp shoulders and high waists.
These sneakers, crafted from smooth black calf leather feature stitched inserts similar to motorcycle boots. They also feature the shark tooth rubber sole, a zipped side with velcro, and a round toe shape.
