Raf Simons' Fall/Winter 2018 collection, “Youth in Motion”, explored the intersection of fashion and subculture. The runway featured garments with references to drug culture, such as patches and slogans like "XTC" and "LSD." Simons aimed to provoke thought on societal issues and youth experiences through this unconventional and controversial theme.
This hoodie, constructed from a faded grey loopback cotton draws inspiration from Cookie Mueller and Glen O’Brien’s stage play, ‘Drugs’ which is printed in two styles on the back. Hoodie features a subtle Raf Simons logo embroidered towards the waist with a hanging loop above and ribbed cuffs and hems.
